X-ONE Brazil began its operations in October 2018 in Belo Horizonte with the aim of becoming a benchmark in the market for screen protectors and protective accessories for mobile devices. With innovative products, the company sought to offer consumers not only quality but also commitment, responsibility, and satisfaction.


Innovating with the concept of customer satisfaction, X-ONE Brazil is reshaping market paradigms with the unique launch of the SCREEN WARRANTY—meaning they will replace your device’s screen in case of breakage. Only a company truly confident in its product can offer such a guarantee. This is the brand’s major differentiator, and from that moment on, it began to stand out in the market.


In 2019, X-ONE Brazil participated for the first time in the Eletrolar Show, the country’s largest electronics industry trade fair. With an innovative booth and approach, the company achieved enormous success among visitors. This event was the first significant step toward increasing the brand’s visibility in Brazil.


In February 2020, X-ONE Brazil expanded its facilities and began operations in São Paulo, showcasing extraordinary growth. Despite being an importer facing challenges due to currency instability—which affected product costs—X-ONE decided not to pass on a single cent of these additional costs to its resellers and partners.


By perfecting its practices in attracting, converting, and retaining customers, the company entered 2021 with a network of resellers across the entire country, enhancing its B2B business model and achieving revenue growth of over 500%. During the pandemic that shook Brazil and the world, X-ONE Brazil faced many challenges, including port overloads, product shortages, and delivery delays. However, with an aggressive commercial strategy, the company overcame these difficulties and moved into 2022 with grand ambitions.


Today, there are over 400 innovative SKUs—including screen protectors, cases, chargers, and cables for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch—all offering the best quality experience. And many more are yet to come.
